When you think of Tokyo you don't often think of nature or streams and rivers, however natural sites can still be found if you look. This river runs thru a temple so unlike many rivers or waterways in a city this is a clean well maintained sight that is a welcome relief from the busy city. I say that even though the care put into grooming this stream is evident and that takes away some of the rustic feel of nature it's still beautiful and relaxing.
